These Terms & Conditions explain what you agree to when using Navvi to create or view navigation guides.
Effective Date: June 2, 2025
Welcome to Navvi. These Terms & Conditions explain what you agree to when using Navvi to create or view navigation guides.
By using Navvi, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Navvi is open to anyone. There are no age restrictions, but if you're under 18, we recommend having a parent or guardian review these terms with you.
You don't need an account to view a guide, but if you want to create and publish guides, you'll need to sign up.
If you create guides on Navvi:
We don't moderate guides before they're published. If we find content that breaks these rules, we may remove it or suspend your account.
Navvi uses a pay-on-publish model. You can preview guides for free. When you're ready to share a guide, you'll choose a publishing duration and pay a one-time fee via our payment partner, Stripe.
After publishing, you have limited editing capabilities for your guide — you may be able to update some basic information, but major changes may require republishing. The link (URL) won't change.
There are no refunds, so we recommend previewing your guide to make sure everything's working as expected before you publish.
We only collect the information needed to provide the service (like your email and guide data if you create an account). If you're just viewing a guide, no personal information is collected — only anonymous stats like view counts and completion rates.
For full details, check out our Privacy Policy (link will be added when live).
You own the media you upload. Navvi doesn't claim ownership of your photos, videos, or guide content.
By uploading media, you give us permission to host and serve it as part of your guide.
Navvi owns the platform itself — including the design, interface, software, and brand.
When you publish a guide, it will stay live for the duration you've selected (e.g. 30 days, 1 year). After that, it will expire and be deleted, along with any uploaded media.
You can also delete your account or individual projects at any time. This will permanently remove your data from our systems.
We do our best to keep Navvi fast, reliable, and available 24/7. However, we can't guarantee there won't be occasional interruptions (for maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues).
Guides are served through Cloudflare's global network and will still load even if the app is temporarily offline.
Navvi helps people get from a general location (like a GPS pin) to a more specific place (like a booth, door, or room). We don't verify the accuracy of every guide and can't guarantee that the directions will always be correct.
We're not responsible for any damage, delay, or confusion caused by a guide — or for any issues that arise from using Navvi.
If your content or actions cause legal trouble for Navvi (for example, by violating someone's rights or breaking a law), you agree to cover any costs, damages, or legal fees we incur as a result.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of Navvi means you agree to the latest version.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in South Australian courts.
