Accessing Your Dashboard

- 1. Sign in to your Navvi account at navvi.me
- 2. Click "Dashboard" in the main navigation
- 3. View all your guides with status and key metrics
- 4. Use filters and search to find specific guides quickly

Editing Published Guides
What You Can Edit
You can modify almost every aspect of your published guide:
✅ Content Updates
- • Photo captions and video text overlays
- • Destination name and description
- • Location pin position
- • Media order and arrangement
✅ Feature Settings
- • Enable/disable accessible version
- • Add or modify call-to-action
- • Turn visitor ratings on/off
- • Update accessible media and captions
⚠️ Media Limitations
- • Cannot change from photos to video (or vice versa)
- • Cannot add new photos beyond original count
- • Can replace existing photos with same count
- • Video files cannot be replaced after publishing
How to Make Edits
- 1. Find your guide in the dashboard
- 2. Click "Edit" button next to the guide
- 3. Make your changes using the same interface as creation
- 4. Preview your updates to verify they look correct
- 5. Save changes - updates appear immediately

Managing Guide Duration
Checking Expiry Dates
Keep track of when your guides will expire:
- Dashboard overview: Shows days remaining for each guide
- Color coding: Green (30+ days), yellow (7-30 days), red (less than 7 days)
- Email reminders: Automatic notifications at 30, 14, and 3 days before expiry
- Expired guides: Clearly marked with options to republish
Extending Guide Duration
When your guide is approaching expiry:
- 1. Click "Extend" next to the expiring guide
- 2. Choose new duration (30 days to 5 years)
- 3. Complete payment for the extension
- 4. New expiry date applied immediately
- 5. Same URL continues working seamlessly

Use clear, descriptive names that help you identify guides quickly:

🔍 Search and Filter
Use built-in tools to find guides quickly:
- • Search by guide title or destination
- • Filter by status (active, expired, draft)

Guide Lifecycle Management
Deactivating Guides
When you need to temporarily or permanently stop a guide:
⚠️ Deactivation Options
- Unpublish: Makes guide immediately unavailable, but preserves content
- Delete: Permanently removes guide and all associated data
- Let expire: Allow natural expiration without renewal
Republishing Expired Guides
Bring back expired guides with updated content:
- 1. Find expired guide in your dashboard
- 2. Click "Republish" to start the process
- 3. Update content if needed before republishing
- 4. Choose new duration and complete payment
- 5. Receive new URL (old URLs won't work)
